	Excellence of Leading an Ascetic Life, and Virtues of Simple Life `Abdullah bin Mughaffal (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A man came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! By Allah, I love you." He (PBUH) said, "Think about what you are saying." The man repeated thrice, "I swear by Allah that I love you." He (Prophet (PBUH)) said, "If you love me, you should be ready for acute poverty; because poverty comes to those who love me, faster than a flood flowing towards its destination."[At-Tirmidhi]. 55/484 - Riyad Us-Saliheen (Gardens of the Righteous)

	باب فضل الزهد في الدنيا والحث على التقلل منهاوفضل الفقر وعن عبدِ اللَّه بن مُغَفَّلٍ ، رضي اللَّه عنه ، قال : قال رجُلٌ للنَّبِيِّ ص: يارسولَ اللَّه ، واللَّه إِنِّي لأُحِبُّكَ ، فقال : « انْظُرْ ماذا تَقُولُ ؟ » قال : وَاللَّه إِنِّي لأُحِبُّكَ، ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ، فقال : « إِنْ كُنْتَ تُحبُّني فَأَعِدَّ لَلفقْر تِجْفافاً، فإِنَّ الفَقْر أَسْرَعُ إلى من يُحِبُّني مِنَ السَّيْل إلى مُنْتَهَاهُ » رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن.« التِّجْفَافُ » بكسرِ التاءِ المثناةِ فوقُ وإسكان الجيم وبالفاءِ المكررة ، وَهُوَ شَيْءُ يَلْبِسُهُ الفَرسُ ، لِيُتَّقَى بِهِ الأَذَى ، وَقَدْ يَلْبَسُهُ الإِنْسَانُ . 484/55 - رياض الصالحين
