	Excellence of wearing white clothes and the permissibility of wearing red, green, yellow and black clothes made from Cotton, Linen but not Silk Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: I heard Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying, "Put on white clothes because they are the best; and use them for shrouding your dead."[At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud]. 117/779 - Riyad Us-Saliheen (Gardens of the Righteous)

	باب استحباب الثوب الأبيض وجواز الأحمر والأخضر والأصفر والأسود وجوازه من قطن وكتّان وشعر وصوف وغيرها إلا الحرير وعن ابنِ عبَّاس رضيَ اللَّه عنْهُما أنَّ رسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قال:« الْبَسُوا مِنْ ثِيَابِكُمُ البَيَاضَ ، فَإِنَّهَا مِن خَيْرِ ثِيابِكُمْ ، وَكَفِّنُوا فِيها مَوْتَاكُمْ » رواهُ أبو داود ، والترمذي وقال : حديث حسن صحيح. 779/117 - رياض الصالحين
