	باب تغليظ تحريم إباق العبد من سيّده عَنْ جَرِيرِ رَضِيَ اللَّه عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم : « أَيَّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ » رواه مسلم . 1768/349 - رياض الصالحين

	Prohibition for a Slave to run away from his Master Jarir bin Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "If a slave runs away from his master, his responsibility to him is absolved."[Muslim]. 349/1768 - Riyad Us-Saliheen (Gardens of the Righteous)
