Patience and Perseverance
Mu`adh bin Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The one who suppresses anger and has the power to give effect to it, will be called out by Allah, the Exalted, to the forefront of the creatures on the Day of Resurrection and he will be asked to choose any of the virgins (Hur) of his liking".[Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi].

Commentary:
The word `Hur' is the plural of `Haura', an extremely beautiful woman of fair complexion. The word "Ein" is the plural of "Aina", woman with large eyes. Both the words stand for the most beautiful women who will be awarded to Muslims in Jannah. This Hadith mentions the distinction and reward of self-control of a man who, in spite of being powerful and having the means to avenge, suppresses his rage and does not exercise his power.
