`Adi bin Hatim (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Protect yourself from Hell-fire even by giving a piece of date as charity."[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary:
This Hadith has already been mentioned previously. It tells us that, according to one's resource capacity, one can win the pleasure of Allah even by spending a small quantity of wealth in His way.
