Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) prohibited us from breathing into the drinking vessel or blowing onto.[At-Tirmidhi].

وعن ابن عباس رضي اللَّه عنهما أن النبى صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم نَهَى أَن يُتنَفَّسَ في الإِنَاءِ ، أَوْ يُنْفَخَ فِيهِ ، رواه الترمذي وقال : حديث حسن صحيح .
